Having a large in-house pool of live resumes, we are continuously working towards augmenting and sourcing better talent by following the principle of active and passive sourcing techniques for niche requirements for our clients.

Based on the requirements, our methodology generates candidates that fit the requirement, followed by detailed interviews from technical as well as an HR angle.
